| CANCELLATION POLICIES | ||
| Moon Basin Marina and Cottages is a small, family operated, seasonal resort and as such, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation provides us with little opportunity to rent a cottage. Accordingly, we uphold a strict cancellation policy: | ||
| Cancellation 14 days or more prior to arrival date: A refund of the deposit, less a $25.00 administration fee, or the entire amount of the deposit may be paid towards a future stay within one year. | ||
| Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date: Absolutely no refunds. Parties departing prior to the reserved check-out date are responsible for all nights booked. | ||
